Admissions Application

Drake State provides two options for students to submit an application for admission.  You may elect to submit a traditional paper application to the admission's office in room 704 on the main campus.  Simply click here for a PDF version of the application which will require a signature prior to returning the admission's office. 

If you would prefer to create a user account and submit your application via the online service, click here.  Please note that you will be asked to create an account with a user name and password prior to obtaining access to the online application.  You must still submit the other required documents either by hand delivery to the admission's office or by mailing them to:
