J. F. Drake State Technical
College plans to use the $237,357.00
allocation of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Funds awarded to Drake State by the Alabama Governor’s Office
to fund the salaries of six individuals who provide education and general
services to the college. This use of the funds will mitigate the need to
raise tuition and fees for in-State students to accommodate present levels of
enrollment and current staffing needs.
