The CARES Act allows Drake State Community & Technical College and other higher education institutions to provide direct emergency cash grants to college students whose lives and education have been disrupted by the outbreak of COVID-19.  Additionally, the funds assist institutions inproviding a better quality education through different modes of learning. A requirement of the CARES Act is to provide periodic reports of each area of funding. Please see reports below.
