The Office of Human Resources supports the mission of the College by providing an environment that attracts and retains a talented and competitive workforce. In addition to providing services in the areas of employment, compensation, employee regulations, and benefits, our office is responsible for compliance with laws and regulations concerning human resources. Through a dedicated staff, our office is committed to the accomplishment of the following goals:
1. Provide leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and administration of human resources policies and procedures
2. Maintain collaborative relations at all levels of the College to assist organizational units and employees meet their functional responsibilities
3. Provide services with the highest quality of standards
4. Comply with federal and state laws and regulatory agencies
All applicants must have a completed application packet on file. All applications received will be screened and interviews scheduled by appointment only. All applicants must adhere to the College’s prescribed interview schedule and must travel at his/her own expense. Applicants must demonstrate written proficiency in English as part of the on-campus interview process.
